As the commissioner, you are allowed to post the texture on any form of social media, as long you add proper credit to me, please. Please do not claim that you created the texture and do not use it for commercial purposes.2. WHAT CAN I DO WITH THE TEXTURE?
As the creator i will use the texture for samples on my commission page and on social media, as long the commissioner wants it. Feel free to tell me not to post it!3.I do upload your avatar to my account temporarily to take photos and for testing to make sure everything looks good in game and any animations/toggles work.4.I am not to be expected to private message everyone on my list if there is a change in my IRL situation e.g if I'm sick.
I will make an announcement in the discord server if there is anything that will effect the turnaround times of commissions. It is on you to make sure that you are in the discord server so you are kept up with important updates.5. In the event in which a back charge is placed, a fee is charged on myself, as the seller and on yourself, as the buyer - meaning I have to pay what you back charged plus an additional fee.
In the event of a back charge, both accounts (the seller and the buyer) are flagged by Paypal causing issues for both of us,
